Aleksandra Wędrychowska-Karpińska

Intellectual Property & TMT, Litigation & Dispute Resolution
Aleksandra has provided legal advice on intellectual property protection for more than 20 years, with a main focus on procedural practice. She is happy to see how technological advancement and economic changes have caused intellectual property, and the regulations that protect it, to gain significance in Poland. She gets involved in cases that are without precedent, where there is no path to follow. She believes that one of the biggest challenges related to the protection of IP in Poland is the processing of court cases regarding the protection of innovations with the use of available (not too advanced) procedural tools. She enjoys interesting conversation, social meetings, family time, biking, swimming, and travelling.
